Manpower Strengths

The Firm has a small but dedicated team of support staff comprising of a secretary, messenger and clerk who are committed to ensuring that client expectations are met. The support staff is guided by the principle of collective responsibility ensuring efficient and timely performance of work. The Firm also has in place modern clerical, secretarial and accounting systems and embraces all aspects of computer and other communication technology to maintain a fast and efficient means of storing and retrieving data.

           






Proprietor

Samuel Omondi Ogutu

Mr. Ogutu is the proprietor of the Firm. He was educated at Khalsa Secondary School Nairobi and holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB Hons) from Moi University Eldoret. He undertook the compulsory bar exams at the Kenya School of Law Nairobi and was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya in the year 2011. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya.


Mr. Ogutu has been privileged to be involved in substantial Civil Litigation, law relating to Devolution and County Governments, Insurance and Constitutional law and Commercial litigation matters.
